Not satisfied with your order? Call our customer service team at 877-500-3266 during our normal business hours. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 14 days of purchase. We will process your request within 3 business days after we've received all of the hardware and materials in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.

Our valued Customers:
Econram Systems will refund any and all costs associated with the product and implementation services when the following criteria are met:

• The cancellation/refund request is made within 14 days of delivery
• An implementation package was purchased through Econram Systems
• All scheduled implementation and consulting sessions that are part of the Implementation Package have been completed
• All relevant Econram University training courses have been completed
• Your account with Econram is in good standing
• A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds

We are committed to providing you all the tools and resources necessary to successfully implement the Econram product suite for optimal performance.

This guarantee does not cover a return of professional service fees for services rendered.
